CPD NO. 04 – 2019/20

Topic:

"COMMERCIAL AND CONTRACTUAL CONCERNS OF BONDS AND GUARANTEES"

General Abstract:

In the construction industry there are requirements to obtain various bonds, securities and guarantees at different stages of a construction project. What are their scopes and limitations? What laws apply and what costs are involved? How can a party obtain moneys due upon them? How are these instruments viewed by bankers? The professionals involved in construction projects need to have a proper understanding on these matters.
Hence, IQSSL presents this CPD to enhance your knowledge on commercial and contractual concerns of bonds, securities and guarantees.
